We used Bramshall for our puppy for the first week that they opened. We had a tour of the kennels before they opened and the whole team were so supportive and put us at ease. We had regular updates how she was getting on and the team were great at putting our minds at ease. The staff when we picked her up we’re lovely, and had clearly spend time with her as they knew her nature. They were understanding of dogs needs and had done what was best for her whilst staying there. She was groomed before we got there to pick her up - it’s so refreshing that she came back not smelling! Would definitely use this kennels again and I am sure our dog would love to go back there too! Thanks so much for looking after her.

Met Sarah and her family a few weeks ago for a tour! The place is pristine! Perfect customer service, super friendly, approachable and safe! The set up of the kennels has been thought out every step of the way and includes every detail you could think of! After using over a weekend our pooch was happy and had clearly had the best time!
